ConnecTour bike packing tours require a minimum number of guests to run and are not guaranteed until that number is reached. In the event that a trip has low registrations, we will notify guests 30 to 60 days prior to departure with the option to select a different date with more guests booked or to get a full refund of any payments toward the trip you registered for. Please don’t reserve airfare or travel arrangements before confirming your trip.

2022 Corona Virus Response Cancellation Policy
We understand the uncertainty of travel at this time and will provide flexibility so you can book your trip with confidence. You may cancel your trip at any time for a full refund of payments made including your deposit. We also understand things happen in life and sometimes you have to cancel or change your plans. We ask that you do not register unless you are confident in your attendance on the dates and destination outlined in the trip details. It is important for you to know that cancellations are costly because we begin making arrangements for your trip as soon as you register.

Trip Deposit
All trip registrations must be accompanied by a US$250 deposit to secure your space on the trip. Once your trip is confirmed, your trip deposit will be applied to the full cost of your trip. The balance of your trip fee will be outlined in your registration materials.
